FOOD POST

I'v been feasting so much lately, my tummy the size of one whos pregnant. Threatening to explode with lard and killing you. Had some really fantabulistic buffet at Orchard Hotel. Their variety so wide, you wouldnt be bored and like surprises waiting to be discovered. There's the grilled section with sambal sotong, big head prawns etc. There's even teh tarik, durian, drunken prawns, naan with tandoori chicken, sashimi, freshyly shucked oysters and vegetables you can pick for the chef to cook like in Marche style. And of course much much more. The desserts at Mariotte is much more delectable tho. As much as there's difference between these two i cant decide which i like better.

And Monday, the colleagues and myself had to evaluate Beef Pho(fuh). So we headed down to Bugis area this Miss Saigon place selling authentic Vietnamese cuisine. We ordered like 3 sets of almost everything on the menu. Just to do tasting and of course slurp everything up there after. Can just imagine the looks we received. But thank God the perks of the job means Company will be paying for it.

Tuesday it was authentic Korean cuisine opposite Har Par Villa. Apparently this one is really famous with the celebs. We had to sit on floor mats to eat. And gosh, overflowing of food once more. This is much more authentic then the viet one. Very good yums.
